Closed-loop credit
Site balance is not a bank account, electronic money, investment product, or cash-withdrawal facility. It may only buy eligible EloZenith services in the same currency; it cannot be transferred between users or converted into provider earnings.
Top-ups
Top-ups are collected through Stripe into Forlyze Software's platform account and credited after webhook verification. The payer confirms authority to use the payment method. Processor minimums may vary by country and currency.
Order protection
After direct card or balance payment, the gross order amount is tracked in a separate protected ledger account until delivery. A provider cannot access the gross amount; only the snapshotted net earning becomes withdrawable after approval and the safety hold.
Refunds and chargebacks
Where a statutory refund, payment error, or accepted cancellation applies, card payments are generally returned to the original method and balance payments to same-currency site credit. Account and fund activity may be restricted during chargeback, fraud, or abuse review.
EloZenith is operated by Forlyze Software. Version or regulatory changes are announced through account notices, and renewed explicit acceptance is collected when required.
