Do I have to share my account?

No. Coaching never asks for account access — you play, the coach watches and guides.

How long is a session?

Live coaching is sold per hour and you set the count with the stepper. VOD review is priced per match, improvement plans per session.

No. You can mark voice as required, optional, or text only in the configurator.

Is coaching useful for beginners?

Yes. You state your rank in the configurator and the coach builds the session around that level.

Will coaching rank me up?

Coaching does not sell a guaranteed result — you are the one playing. What you get is someone who can show you what is actually holding you back.

Can we book as a team?

Yes. The team session exists for working through roles, communication, and macro play together.

What if no session happens?

If nobody accepts or no time can be agreed, the request returns to the pool or is cancelled. Funds never leave protection.
